1st Contact Connection was founded by a dynamic duo dedicated to enhancing communication between law enforcement and civilians.

Jerusalem Strickland is a passionate educator with a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. As a Special Education and Emotional Support Teacher, as well as a Basketball Coach, Jerusalem brings a deep understanding of community needs and the importance of effective communication.

Montrel Morgan, a 2016 Valedictorian from William Penn Senior High School, holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from East Stroudsburg University. As a Software Engineer and Web Developer, Montrel leverages his technical expertise to create innovative solutions that improve user experiences within the app.

By using the 1st Contact Connection app, you agree to pay any applicable fees for citation processing and management services. All payments must be made through the app using the designated payment methods.

Credentials

Connection Between Officer and Civilian: Officers can view civilians' credentials saved on the app, including driver's license registration and photo ID.

Civilians can also access officers' credentials stored on the app and have the option to request the officer's badge number, which will be provided through the app.
